・NVにおける組織であるGlobal Venture Lab (以下GVL)は、現在米国シリコンバレー、欧州、そして日本の東京にて組織を展開しており、アイディエーションから仮説検証及び事業モデル検証といった開発と市場導入の手前となるインキュベーション活動をリードする役割を担います。

・今回募集部門のVenture Lab Tokyo(以下VLT）も、他地域のVenture Labやその他開発部門との連携をしながら事業戦略に基づくアイデア創出からビジネス立ち上げまでの活動計画と実行、およびベンチャービルディングに必要な人財、ケイパビリティの確保と育成をミッションとして掲げています。
・その中で、GVLの一組織として、新規事業創出手法である、ベンチャービルディングプロセスを推進して頂ける方を募集します。

■仕事内容

【アイディア発掘及び事業の立ち上げ】
・メンバーを率い、年1~2件のアイディア創出する。
・ベンチャービルディングプロセスを推進する。
・グローバルエキスパートチームとともに事業の立ち上げ(ベンチャービルディング)責任を担う。
→アイディアの発掘、構築(MVP開発及び仮説検証)、事業の立ち上げ

【組織のマネジメント及び外部との連携】
・VLメンバーのマネジメントと育成、および業務遂行支援、業務遂行に必要なGVLを含めた、社内外関係者との折衝を行う。
・地域や組織を超える人財とリソースの連携を行う。
・新規事業アイデアを推進する上で、外部パートナーの探索、コラボレーション機会を探索する。

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Form customer and business hypotheses and validate with proof of concepts, prototypes, and early user testing.
• Interview customers, collaborate with stakeholders, and closely coordinate with engineering and design to identify key product opportunities.
• Take products from concept to creation, fill products with life, and fulfill users’ needs.
• Create product visions, roadmaps, and scope features, and write user stories that define a plan and goals for your product.
• Measure and track product progress with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Work in strong alignment with designers, venture builders, and developers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of a relevant degree, ideally in business administration or business information systems.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in building and launching new digital products.
• Familiar with design thinking methods, user centric-approaches, and lean development.
• Collaborative and empathetic to the perspective of others and willing to put yourself in their shoes to understand their pains and frustrations.
• Passionate about technological trends, innovation, and startups.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with common tools for creating and controlling software products

Your main responsibilities: 

As a Venture Architect, you will be responsible for: 

• Managing the venture-building processes and projects in alignment with the venture leads, 
• Conducting market research, developing prototypes, and testing ideas.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Developing marketing and operational strategies, and
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements: 

To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in English, have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in venture building or working in the startup environment. 

You should also:
Have knowledge of the startup ecosystem, market trends, business models, and investment strategies, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Be a business builder at heart, a strategist, an operator, an investor, a product enthusiast, or a designer. 

Show an entrepreneurial mindset and apply design thinking and lean startup approaches to drive toward the stage, rollout, and long-term operations.

We are hiring a Financial & Market Analyst to join our Venture Lab Silicon Valley team. In this role, you will support corporate venture building from ideation to program execution through research, market and financial analysis. You will compile research reports through an incisive synthesis of information within the applicable industry to determine partnerships, investments, and strategy. You will analyze and compare the business models of competitors. You will work closely with the venture building team to prepare and deliver timely financial updates and business model analyses to key project stakeholders. You will create financial and valuation models to evaluate the impact of target projects on enterprise strategies. This includes quantitative analysis of market potential (TAM, SAM, SOM). You will take part in go/no go decisions by gathering and interpreting data, and contributing to presentations. You will develop pricing analyses on new ventures. In this role you will take leadership on supporting a variety of project, both internal product development projects as well as initiatives related to minority investments and partnerships. Focused on execution, identifying risk exposure, building program plans and project schedules, this role will serve a valuable role for a dynamic team.
